About building a customized project with S2 library

Hello guys,

I am a newbie to S2 geometry. I followed the install guide and successfully built and installed the S2 library to my Ubuntu 18.04 OS.

However, how can I build a customized project that use this newly generated S2 library? Is there a guide for this? How to setup a C++ project that use functions in S2 geometry library in eclipse IDE?

I am a Windows user and typically use Visual Studio for code editing/project config/build/run, thus making CMakelist and makefile for me is not easy. I hope there could be a eclipse starter project that have S2 library configed so I can work on top of that.

By the way, does anybody try to build the S2 library in Visual Studio and build S2 Application project in Visual Studio? Does it work?

By the way, I successfully build S2lib in VIsual Studio 2015 and windows 10. I wonder why on the Github, it says only Unix and MacOS supported.

Hello guys,

I am novice to S2 geometry. May anyone help me to understand or find the complete  user guide to install it on Ubantu and and make polygons using spatial data from database.

Or I have to make in-memory database for faster response.
