• Bachelor degree from Psychology/Law/Management
• Min. 5 year experience in the same position
• Good knowledge with HR rules & regulation, people development, training, payroll and industrial relationship
• Good Communication Skill
• Computer literate
• Good personality and independent
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Fast learner and ability to work underpressure

• Min. Bachelor degree from Human Recources or Management
• Understand and can develop about Performance Management : Job Analysis, Standard Operation Procedure, Evaluation Performance
• Good command in English both written and spoken
• Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
