Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree or higher in Psychology (Adult/Child Clinical/Education)
• Max. age 33 year-old
• Certified Psychologist would be an advantage
• Have min. 1 year of experience in a relevant position would be an advantage
• Have min. 1 year working experience in education field
• Have Training Need Analysis (TNA) skills
• Have good interpersonal skills, especially towards students
• Have basic skill of counseling and students personal approach

PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT STAFF

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree or higher in Psychology (Adult/Child Clinical/Education)
• Max. age 33 year-old
• Certified Psychologist would be an advantage
• Have min. 1 year of experience in a relevant position would be an advantage
• Have min. 1 year working experience in education field
• Have Training Need Analysis (TNA) skills
• Have good interpersonal skills, especially towards students
• Have basic skill of counseling and students personal approach

STUSTUDENT ADVISORY STAFF

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology
  
• Max. age 30 year-old
• Preferably Certified Psychologist (Adult/Child Clinical/Education) 
• Have min. 1 year of experience in a relevant position would be an advantage
• Have min. 1 year working experience in education field
• Have Training Need Analysis (TNA) skills
• Have interest in Mentee development
• Have good interpersonal skills, especially towards students
• Able to be a motivator/has good persuasion skills
  

 

CAREER DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Computer Studies
• Max. age 35 year-old
• Have min. 3 years experience in related field
• Certified Psychologist and have knowledge and experience in handling the usage of Psychological test for Psychology graduates
  

TALENT ASSESSMENT OFFICER

Requirements:

• Min. Master Degree in Psychology, Certified Psychologist
• Max. age 33 year-old
• Have min. 2 years experience in relevant position
• Have min. 1 year experience in recruitment area
• Have psycho-gram analysis skills
• Have experience in conducting behavior-based interview
• Have experience in assessment center

HEAD of GUIDANCE COUNSELLING & COUNSELLING DEPARTMENT
Requirements:

• Min. Profession Psychology Degree or related field in education
• Max. age 35 year-old
• Have min. 2 years of working experience in relevant position
• Have experience in counseling skills for children and teenager
• Good Knowledge in pedagogical skills
• Excellent written & spoken English

 

 General requirements:

1. Graduate in recognized School/Institute/University background
2. Minimum GPA is 2.75(on scale 4.00)
   
3. Self-motivated and a Team Player at the same time
4. Excellent written and spoken English
5. Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills, creative and innovative
6. Computer and internet literate
7. Good communication skills
8. Willing to work on Saturdays and to be posted in all BINUS units/locations
