Hello new brothers!

It has recently come to my attention that many (or all?) of you have not been receiving emails from S&C. This is currently getting fixed, but sadly you guys have missed a lot of important info about our end-of-the year trip to Myrtle. See below for details and let me know if today's deadline is an issue; you guys can get a slight extension since you're getting this info late.

Every year after finals are over, many student groups (S&C included) go to North Myrtle Beach in South Carolina for a few days to celebrate the end of the year, hang out with seniors for the last time before they graduate, and get into all sorts of fantastic shenanigans. It's always an awesome trip with great people and loads of unforgettable memories. I definitely encourage you to join us in our revelries!

This is a reminder that if you want to go to Myrtle with S&C, you must fill out this form and hand me a $60 deposit by 11:59 PM tonight (3/20). You can either slip the money under my door (Craven C302) or text me at 973 710 6801 to set up a time to personally hand it to me.

Some details about the trip:

1. We will be leaving Duke during the day on 5/5 and will be returning to Duke during the day on 5/9. For anyone who needs to book a flight home - expect the earliest arrival time back at Duke to be around noon on 5/9. It will very likely be more like (late) afternoon but if you need to catch a flight, we can arrange for 1 or 2 cars to come back earlier in the morning.

2. Expected cost is ~$150 for brothers and ~$230 for guests (all costs subject to change). This includes transportation, food, drink, lodging, and subsidy (for brothers).

3. If you plan on bringing friends/guests to Myrtle, they must also fill out the above form and hand me a $60 deposit by 11:59 PM tonight.
