[S10-EV] Service Soon/Now Lights

I have a 1997 S-10 with the NiMH battery pack. I charged it
yesterday am, and went to the store. First the Service Soon light
came on, followed shortly by the Service Now light.

I drove home (about 1 mile) and parked it. I checked with the Tech 2
and found the following codes:

BDCM: 0268 Battery Pack Thermal Performance

DCDM: 0104 Auxiliary Battery Charge Low Voltage

The SOC is currently 84% and Pack Voltage is 382v

Can anybody give me some help as to the problem(s) and their fix(es)?

Should I not be driving it with the lights on?

Also, I am in the SF Bay Area (Fremont, CA). Is there someone in the
SFBA or Northern California that can service these vehicles, and/or
replace the battery pack?

A bad Aux battery is the most common problem with this truck and the RAV4 EV.

I would get a new battery and see if that solves your problems.
I have an Optima Yellow top.
It works well.
I am nearby, If I can be of help.
