Is this group still active? I am interested in starting an S1000D Open Toolkit (OT) (similar to DITA OT.)

I'm guessing this group isn't too active, but an Open Toolkit is something I would be interested in as well. I'm not sure I'd have a lot of time to dedicate to it currently, but I previously created a set of open source tools for S1000D which can be found here: https://github.com/kibook/s1kd-tools
