Good afternoon,

 

The Spokane Parent Advocacy Committee is pleased to announce it is offering a Dependency 101, on Saturday, September 11. Parents newly involved with child welfare, i.e. have had a child removed from their home are invited to participate in this engaging class. Come learn from parents who have been in your shoes!! The class will be held at Salvation Army at 222 E Indiana Ave, use the main entrance with the blue awning. Students need to sign in around 9:30 am, class starts at 10:00 am and ends by 1:00 pm.

 

The next Spokane PAC meeting is Tuesday, September 21 from 2:00 to 4:00 in the Community Minded Enterprises large conference room, at 25 W Main Ave, Downtown Spokane. Anyone in the Spokane region who has an interested in improving outcomes in the child welfare system and helping parents, children and families is welcome to attend.
