i have a doubt on submitting article for s-foss . what topic is to be taken, like foss information or foss software or foss news?? and when to submit ? what is mean by .odt format ? please replay soon

open source vs closed source

info about any of the foss distro's

foss in cinema/multimedia, it sector and lot many or any innovetive articles that relates to open source......... try to submit it as soon as possible.

in widows when you save the file in word doccument it gets saved in .doc format.similarly in linux you have open office which will save files in .odt format.you can dwnload and install open office inside windows and give us in .odt format.take your time
