hi, then what is mean by "CentOS" and what difference between fedora ,
redhat , and ubuntu . i know these are all versions of linux but i
need main difference and can i get that os cds.

as u said every thing is coming under linux,but ubuntu and fedora are community based while redhat is like windows (ie) we have to pay some money inorder to use redhat linux ...as for fedora and ubuntu is concerned the community of it is developing ...this is the main difference
