Happy Hour with Raise Your Voice!
Raise Your Voice is a youth outreach committee dedicated to creating fun and affordable gatherings of like-minded individuals that spark vigorous discourse and welcome the younger community to Legal Voice, while strengthening the fight for women’s rights. The planning committee is a volunteer-driven group, made up of students, young attorneys, and other community members of varying interests and backgrounds with a common goal: carrying feminism and women’s rights into the next generation.
RYV is hosting a fun, meet-and-greet, happy hour next Wednesday, April 17th at The Lobby Bar (916 E Pike St, Seattle, WA 916 E Pike St, Seattle, WA).
Please join us for drinks, food, and lively discussion. We are looking for new members and would love to meet you and tell you what we are about and what we want to do with the committee!
RYV is a great opportunity to volunteer in a fun, flexible capacity. It is a very low time commitment and a great way to get involved in the local legal and activist community. The topics we are interested in looking at this year include the wage gap, access to reproductive healthcare, rape culture and whatever else we feel passionate about!
