Good morning lovely friends and supporters!

Jennifer Knutson - Legal Voice Development Officer, Auction Guru and all-around wonderful lady - has an update for us about volunteer positions at this year's auction, now just a few short weeks away (October 13th)!  This is such a fun event - don't miss your chance to get involved and help make it a fabulous success!  There are opportunities on the day of, as well as over the days leading up to the event.  Please contact Jennifer if you're invested and we hope to see you there!!

I hope you have been having a fabulous summer and enjoying the beautiful Seattle weather! It’s that time of year again — we’re busy gearing up for our fabulous Auction, and we need your help!

 

Here is a list of the upcoming volunteer needs for the auction. If you can spare some time for one (or more!) of these projects, please let me know!

 

Pre-Event Supply Prep Party!

Tuesday, October 9^th

5pm-8pm — Drop in at the Legal Voice office between 5-8 to enjoy snacks and great company as we pull together the supplies needed for our auction. Fun times will include working on bidder packets, name tags, auction display cards. Bring a friend (or three)!

 

Pre-Event Extra Volunteer Shifts

October 8^th-11^th: 2-hour shifts

Can you spare a few hours during the week of October 8-11? We could use you in the office for a 2-hour shift to work on auction prep that week! Just let me know when you’re available!

 

Auction!

Saturday, October 13^th

Many (almost 40!) volunteers are needed to make this auction run smoothly! We need help with both set up (12:30pm-4:30pm) and during the event (4pm-10pm) at the Renaissance Seattle Hotel. If you know you’re available, let me know and I’ll send a list of available positions. Be an awesome friend and sign up a buddy to volunteer with you!
