Hi Friends,

Few days back I shared my experience of RYLA with you all keeping in
mind something about your questions & your eagerness to know something
more about it.

Guys in my previous mail I knowingly have not mentioned anything about
trainer, who was he? Who conducted it? How he conducted? What was the
impact of his training? Etc.

I Received few mails back saying 'Thanks Megha for sharing your
Experience" that it.
Nothing else I was looking for.

Guys in this mail you will find a person who has changed my vision.
My RYLA trainer is Respected Sir Suresh Patel Ji. He is a Corporate &
Management trainer. He conducted the whole training from day one.

The training was on 3 core pillars.

* Authenticity
* Self - Expression
* Creating Value

The very first day we were asked to interact & share out the things
with a partner we chosen. After interacting we came to know lot many
things about the other Rylarian whom we didn't know. It was a good
exercise.

2 nd day we started with our first pillar AUTHENTICITY...

How authentic one is... It was all about knowledge. Being a leader
one should be authentic with his words. What he says really matters???
We studied about Gandhi Ji & founded the Qualities he had. We had
other sessions also on 'Communication Skill & Stage Manner' &
'Learning from film- LAGAAN'

3 rd day was all about the Self- Expression.

How we express our self. & being a leader self - expression is most
required thing.
N it’s not all about making your faces or words fancy , it’s all about
how u express you words which creates an impact on others. This day we
got chance to meet with the leaders.

One thing I liked the most written by Sir on board “ENJOY WHAT YOU DO
& VALUE IT"

Sir asked everyone to express themselves as they want either through a
skit, song, dance etc.
In evening we all gathered n expressed ourselves with some or another thing.
It was amazing in short span we prepared n did it.

On that day we had some adventure sports also.

Last day was of "Creation of Value."

We all created a value for self. We learnt how to be authentic? How to
express self? & also how it creates value...?

Last day we learnt & had so many sessions on Communication Skills,
Goal Setting, Upanishads of Leadership, See dreams & fulfill it etc.
with this we also had Blood Donation camp where by donating blood we
created a value for self.

Few of them donated blood for first time & felt good about it.

* Few Highlights I will share I liked in training personally...

- The way sir expressed about Gandhi Ji changed my thoughts, every
time he spoke about him during training, it just been moving around me
& I can visualize it.
- The importance of prayer.
- Sir shared few instance with all of us of few some extra- ordinary
personality, which was really motivating.
- We got chance to meet A RYLARIAN of 2006 RYLA & a girl from Canada,
working for social causes & learning Tabla got to know how she
struggled to achieve what she wanted.

Friends this 3 days camp has impacted me lot. I have broaden my
thinking & also my has been changed. I feel a difference within self &
surely one day you will see.

Sir I just want to pay Gratitude for all the learning’s with fun we
had in RYLA, the opportunity
I will be getting in future. Sir I just need your guidance for
achieving my goals.
I feel myself very lucky that I attended this training session
otherwise had been living with illusions only.

"THANK YOU SIR for VALUABLE LEARNINGS"
