Ryanair Checked Bag dimensions

I just hung up on Ryanair Customer Service because they are so slow at answering. 

My question is: I will be taking some canvas art to an art gallery exhibition in Luton later this year; about 15 pieces. They 'may' fit inside a suitcase. Weights etc are fine. BUT what if I package them up in a suitcase sized box? Dimensions and weights will be complied with, but knowing how pedantic they can be at times I'm concerned they'll object. Anybody have advice?

Don't know the answer to your question I'm afraid but on the Ryanair website they do have a chat facility. Haven't used it myself but one of my friends did & found it very useful.
