I recently booked to fly to Shannon but two hours later had to change the date - it cost me £160 to do so.  I wrote a polite letter to their Dublin offices and received an equally polite letter by reply plus a full £160 refund.

Would you mind sharing the address you sent that letter to and maybe the overall gist of it? I have a similar situation (except I tried to change it 3 minutes later!).
