Flight FR92 was due to depart from Stansted at 18.25. Due to weather problems the flight was delayed and didn't take off till 20.45. However, the claimed departure time was 20.07 (<3 hours delay). Just before the planned landing in Eindhoven, the pilot announced that there were 10 mins left for landing.
Suspiciously, this took far more time since the plane landed in Cologne (Germany) at 23.30, also because of the weather conditions. However, it seems that other flights still landed on Eindhoven.
At Cologne, Ryan air promised a bus to Eindhoven but at 2 pm it became clear that no bus was coming. In the mean time no information or assistance from Ryan air was provided. Everybody was left there to sort out themselves to get back home. Travellers hired cars, shared taxi's (appr 300 Euro's) or took the train while traveling all night through Germany. Therefore, I consider Ryan-airs service to be appalling.
