Ryan: short news

ryan can now be built with Make, no Rake required anymore (but rakefile is still here until makefile gets mature)

ryan runs with mochi (i wish someone could run some stress-testing, i'm under an outdated ibook):
ryan -p 8000 --mochi
yaws is still the default, but i'm planning to add inets support, thus both mochi and yaws will be optional

behave seems to work fine, but most tests fail with an exception due to some temporary Reia issues:
cd <RYAN_HOME>
cd behavior
behave

i'm extending an example web application and building a classic webapp example, they should
be ready by tomorrow
