Hi family and friends,


We are doing well...Sally is 5.5 months pregnant and is doing well,
but starting to "feel" pregnant more and more. We put in an offer on
a house, but we still need some breakthrough financially....the
kitchen needs some real help, and I want to fix it up a little for
Sally, and there are some other minor repairs. The good news is that
our seller is willing to pay 2200 for closing costs but the total
closing costs are 3100. the down payment is 2500...so the total for
us to get in the house is going to be around 5500 t0 6000.....my
father loaned us 5000 so we will be able to get into the house but we
need to pay back the money that he borrowed from his retirement fund
asap. So pray for financial provision for us..... the awesome thing
is that we are getting a 4 bedrrom 2.5 bathroom house that is about
1800 sq ft for 73,600! Pretty crazy....and if we can get things
locked in soon we can have an interest rate under 4%! What strange
things are happening in our economy... lets pray for God's mercy for
America.
