I would like to avoid @available(macOS 10.15.0, *) at every function that uses async (not to add those seems to be OK for a normal build, but not for profiling(*)). I would like to build for macOS >= 10.15, Linux, and Windows. But as documented Platform or SupportedPlatform does not have a windows entry, and even .linux cannot be added in Package.swift.
No. As you noted, you couldn't do that even if you wanted to. The platforms directive is intended to behave much like the @available directive, but where the * is implicit, and implies "all other platforms". So only the platforms you specify are affected.
But it also makes it a terrible mistake for any library package, as clients inevitably fork to convert to the more lenient @available, and then your package exists double in the ecosystem with clashing identity and you become forever associated with dependency hell.

I may be able to resolve this if I can re enable .Net frame work feature. But not sure how to do that without using server manager(since I cannot open sever manager).Appreciate any solutions or suggestions regarding this.
I use to boot to Ubuntu, and I would obviously use the Apt package manager to search & download packages. "Ubuntu" & apt has some issues when it comes to certain packages though, expecially when trying to change versions. Unfortuanatly Node.js is one piece of software where switching around to different versions is difficult to do using "Ubuntu" & apt. This conundrum led to me getting use to manually installing Node, Npm, and manually adding the global npm bin dirs to my path &/or soft linking them.
I switched to Fedora Workstation 35 a little over a year ago (currently I just upgraded to the 37-prerelease version) for other reasons not to do with Node.js. Because of my problems w/ Ubuntu I got use to manually installing Npm & Node.js and I continued that practice while booting to Fedora. I Decided to see if I could install different versions of node using DNF, but the problem I am having is when I search using DNF it only returns the name of the package, informing me that it is available for download, but it doesn't mention what version it is, and if any other versions are available.
If there is more than one package available for the package-name that you searched for the --showduplicates flag will print the list of all available packages, as well as the version info for each one.
Before being able to support Swift Package Manager for the Google Maps Platform SDKs for iOS, we needed Swift Package Manager to support binary targets in the form of XCFrameworks and the capability to add resources like images and strings in a Swift package. With Swift tools version 5.3, both of these became available to Swift packages. In addition, we updated our build and release infrastructure to accommodate releasing Swift packages alongside the existing CocoaPods and XCFrameworks publishing workflows without introducing any additional latency to the release process.
Swift Package Manager support is available for Google Maps Platform SDKs beginning with version 8.3.1 of the Maps SDK for iOS, version 8.3.0 of Places SDK for iOS, and version 5.3.1 of the Navigation SDK for iOS. See the instructions and URLs for adding Swift packages in the documentation for Maps, Places, and Navigation SDKs for iOS. For existing projects that are migrating from another dependency manager to Swift Package Manager, the documentation also provides instructions for deleting the binaries that were installed through other package managers. Developers also continue to have the option of adding SDK dependencies manually or through CocoaPods.
This article describes how to resolve errors when a SKU isn't available in an Azure subscription's region or availability zones. Examples of resource SKUs are virtual machine (VM) size or storage account types. Errors occur during deployments with an Azure Resource Manager template (ARM template) or Bicep file. The error also occurs with commands like New-AzVM or az vm create that specify a size parameter for a SKU that's not available.
When a VM is deployed for a SKU that's not available, an error occurs. Azure CLI and Azure PowerShell deployment commands display an error message that the requested size isn't available in the location or zone. In the Azure portal activity log, you'll see error codes SkuNotAvailable or InvalidTemplateDeployment.
When a VM is deployed with an ARM template or Bicep file for a SKU that's not available, a validation error occurs. The error code InvalidTemplateDeployment and error message are displayed. The deployment doesn't start so there's no deployment history, but the error is in the portal's activity log.
The Get-AzComputeResourceSku cmdlet gets all the compute resources. The objects are sent down the pipeline and Where-Object filters the output to include only the specified location. SKUs that aren't available for the current subscription are listed as NotAvailableForSubscription.
To determine which SKUs are available in a Region, use the portal. Sign in to the portal, and create a VM resource. You can select a Size with the drop-down menu of the available SKUs. You don't need to complete the deployment.

If you have an Ops Manager installation with more than one Ops Manager hostpointing to the same Application Database, you can upgrade Ops Manager toa newer version without incurring monitoring downtime. After youcomplete the upgrade of one Ops Manager host of a highly availableOps Manager deployment, that deployment enters a state known as UpgradeMode. In this state, Ops Manager is available during an upgrade. Thebenefits of this mode are that throughout the upgrade process:
One slight issue with him being employed again any time soon is the upcoming trial into his allegedly racist comments while manager of Nice. It would be a PR nightmare to employ him only to see him convicted a few months later.

Yes, it got toxic at Tottenham in the end but he still made them their fourth-best side in the Premier League under his reign. Add that to a Premier League title at Chelsea and he is still the sixth-best Premier League manager of all time.

Hey everyone, a few months ago we showed off an alpha version of our mod manager for KSP2 (previously known as 2KAN). We have returned with our newest version, which is a complete rework from the ground up using C#. This new version brings some much needed uplift in both performance and looks, we've also added a few QoL changes, as well as themes support. We are also actively working on integrating KSP 1 support which we will release as an update at a later date.
Question 1
does this have dependency installation and updates to said dependency's when they change on the mod that requested them?
Question 2
does this have support for /GameData/Mods?
Question 3
does this correctly detect the structure of a mods zip. Lets say for a bepinex based mod they have a patcher and the mod files, does this install to correct locations?
Question 4
does this correctly detect already installed mods in /GameData/Mods and /BepInEx/plugins?
Question 5
have you checked if the mod author has consented to having their mod on the mod manager?
Until these questions are answered I do not approve of my mods being on that mod manager.
