Best Consultants Awards 2013

Rwanda Organization of Professional Management Consultants (ROPC) has organize an awareness campaign on Managament consulting industry in Rwanda dubbed "Consultants' week 2014" with the theme: Management Consultancy in Rwanda: Yesterday, today and tomorrow. Among other activities to mark this week, is BEST CONSULTANTS AWARDS 2013 . The awarding ceremony aims at recognizing the standers in the profession whose performances have affiliated to international standards in the year 2013. The awards will serve as motivation, prove credibility and competitiveness to the awardees. Nominating a candidate is easy. Just read through the guidelines below and then answer the questions. The deadline for nominations is on Thursday, March 20, 2014 at mid-night. Nomination forms will be evaluated by an impartial Jury. Consultants may be nominated in two separate categories: Best Consultant Awards 2013 and Best Female Consultant 2013 . Nominations can come from a variety of sources, including colleagues (consultants), managers, clients and the general public. To nominate a consultant, simply click on the bullet point preceeding your candidate's company name. NOTE: After you have finished voting for your 2013 Best Consultant, please remember to SUBMIT your vote by clicking to the SUBMIT button on the bottom of the page.

Who is the Best Consultants 2013 ?

The following are selection criteria: 1. Being a ROPC fully registered member, 2. Experience: Three or more years of experience in full-time consulting. 3. Client Satisfaction: Demonstrated satisfaction by five different clients of consulting performance in challenging engagements. 4. Produced descriptions of five client engagements, including problems addressed, solutions provided and results achieved on National, regional and/or international arena. 5. International recognition: Proof of possession of international accreditation and/ or certification or affiliation with an international professional organization; or commitment to ongoing professional Management Consultancy education (CPT, CMC etc...). 6. Technology: Demonstrated the application of the latest technology in providing consultancy solutions to clients 7. Community Impact: Exhibited enthusiasm to giving back to the community thru but not limited to mentoring next generation of practitioners or other CSR activities 8. Innovation: provided innovative and sustainable solutions that have resisted a test of time.

Who is the 2013 Best Female Consultant?

Rwanda Organization of Professional Management Consultants (ROPC) strongly believes any woman who stands dedicated in this profession deserves a special recognition thus this award. ROPC aims at encouraging Rwandan female to join Management consultancy.
