Dear Colleagues,

I am excited to inform you that Rwanda #YACA is now registered under RGB .

with a number 381/NGO/RGB/2013.

I hope there are a lots of idea to implement
we have to meet and share what are the needed activities in our community then

prioritize which to begin for and develop proposal to apply for fund.
