RxJava2 and Kafka

Reactor has a library which deal with Apache Kafka and it allows you to create a Flux form the consumer.  Does RxJava2 have something similar?

I had a look some time ago. I found nothing. But you can use reactive streams spec Publishers to consume from reactor to rxjava2.

Thanks Laurent.  I wonder if Apache Kafka have something in their road map to have KStream to implement reactive stream spec.

They don’t. They are stating that kafka streams don’t need back pressure.
