Long time, no talk! Hope you all had great summers!

So I'm looking for a new roommate in my current apartment starting end of Sept/early October. I'm in a 1 bedroom converted into 2 in a luxury high rise on 37th St and 10th Ave and I'm looking for someone to fill the converted room. If you or anyone you know is looking, let me know!
