Hey Jackpot!

Long time, no talk! Hope you're weeks are going well so far. As some of you may know, earlier this year, I joined the NY Steering Committee of Project by Project (PbP) as Manager of Sales. It's a 501(c)3 national nonprofit organization founded in NYC in 1998 focusing on issues related to the Asian American community. With local chapters in NYC, L.A. and S.F., we select a different theme every year. Each chapter selects a local partner organization that focuses on that year’s theme and tailors a year-long campaign to support its fundraising, outreach and awareness. This year’s theme is Education and we chose to partner with Chinatown Youth Initiatives (CYI).

Plate by Plate, our annual tasting benefit, is our signature fundraising event featuring star chefs and over 40 top rated restaurants and beverage purveyors. The event is attended by over 500 food and wine lovers gathering to sample the city’s best. Net proceeds from the evening's event are remitted to CYI.

Time: 6pm for VIP; 7:30 for General Admission
Where: Skylight West (36^th Street and 10^th Avenue)

I know this conflicts with small group BUT you can still contribute by making a charitable donation that will go directly to our partner organization. This is something that I've spent a tremendous amount of time and energy planning for over the past few months and would really appreciate all of the support that I can get!
