Navratri Arrangements:08/10/10 to 17/10/10
1. Hindu Mandal Premises have been whitewashed and new painting done on flooring-Courtesy Mr.Bipin Patel
2. Valet Parking: Kigali Bus Services, our neighbours are kind enough to allot us parking space (inside front left in our adjacent plot) despite their own fleet of buses parked therein during nights. Since parking space allotted is limited, this will be a valet parking service. All are requested to hand over the car to the driver appointed by Hindu Mandal who shall be present there to arrange proper parking and taking out. Parking inside Hindu Mandal premises is limited to the day’s sponsors due to space constraint. Expected attendance is at least 50% more than last year and it would be difficult to accommodate more people if cars are parked inside. Those who park on the road leading to the Mandir are requested to park on the left side without blocking the movement of traffic. Extra security has been arranged.
3. Official letter has been delivered to Police authorities informing our gathering for the annual Navratri festival.
4. Generator has been arranged to meet with any emergency in case of power cuts-Courtesy Agekara Business Group
5. Juice and Drinking water for each day are sponsored by Mr.Nilesh Joshi and Mrs. Hina Patel of London.
6. There shall be sponsored Dinner every day.
7. Toilet facilities are being upgraded at the premises.
