Dear All,
Be informed; foreigners who have applied for change of driving permit in 2009 have to wait for another 2 to 3 months because of the ministry’s decision to link the driving permit with green card issued by Immigration (soon which is going to replace by INDANGAMUNTU for foreigner) At first they will issue new ID that is INDANGAMUNTU and then they will starts issuing new driving permit for foreigners information from Traffic Police.
