Greetings and good morning to my missionary friends.

Just wanted to remind the group that everyone's final payment was due last week.

We need to finalize the payments asap. Thank you.

I want to make sure  everyone has gotten their shots and meds. VERY IMPORTANT1

For all of my COTR folks, we are having a 10 minute meeting after the August 4th and 11th Sunday morning service.

I am counting on each one of you to carry one suitcase for your personal belongings and one suitcase for the school supplies our church has collected. ( you are also allowed 2 carry on's with no weight limitations ).

What i would like my COTR friends to do is bring your suitcase for school supplies on the 4th or the 11th and fill them with school supplies. I'm counting on your help on getting these very valuable supplies to the kids in Rwanda.

I'm going to send you some travel tips over the next couple of weeks.

Here is the first:

Make copies of your passport (in case it gets lost) and put it in your checked bags. Remember to bring 2 forms of picture ID.
