Greetings team. We will be in Rwanda in just 2 weeks.

Here are a couple of tips for our trip.

It wouldn't hurt to have a small flashlight. The power in Kigali will sometimes go down.

Don't bring any fragile or expensive jewelry 

Please be very careful on the amount of liquids you plan to bring on the plane. According to the TSA you can not bring any single item over 3.4 ounces. 

You can bring multiple items as long as they fit into a quart size clear zip lock bag and do not exceed 3.4 ounces each.

And finally lets talk about the Kigali airport.

It's small, only one  baggage claim area. There are often more than one plane landing from Europe at about the same time. Soooo, it can be a free for all.

You have 2 choices after you go through customs and make your way down to the baggage area. Stay out of the way until things calm down or join the free for all.

Once you get your bags and head for the exit there is a cafe on your left side.We will ALL meet there.
