Dear All,

 

I have tried to take all of the input after many discussions with many of you and put them into a final itinerary for each part of the Richard Everett team. As some of you know, the team is 32 people and will be dividing into 3 groups for 2 days of their trip.

 

Luc – I have placed the Meeting with other church leaders on Sunday night, please see other email for explanation why.

 

Pastor Fred – Can you please confirm that the seminar in Bugesera is still happening on August 14^th?

 

Augustine – there will be many home visits done in Kageyo A on this trip. I will send the breakdown of Home Visit Gifts shortly to be used as a guide.

 

Debbie and Claire – I would love to Skype through these itineraries next week when you are back from Kageyo. It will be good to talk through the logistics of the team. Please arrange for the following:

 

August 13^th – Airport pickup for 32 people plus 2 luggage trucks

August 14^th – 1 bus and 2 vans

August 15^th – 2 buses

August 16^th – 2 buses and 1 van

August 17^th – I bus and 1 van

August 18^th – 1 bus and 2 vans

August 19^th – Safari with Bizi Danny, we will use their vehicles. Richard Everett will not be going on the safari but has arranged his own transportation

August 20^th – 1 bus and 1 van plus 2 luggage trucks for airport drop off
