I have booked 2 car parkings one open and one covered, havnt seen Nything in in the contract which says that they will charge only if the parking is allotted.
Were looking the 3rd car parking or was it for the s 2nd one , pls clarify

Actually they contractually promised for two parking one covered n one open, but recently they called up saying that the open parking slots are up for sale in 50K so if I wanted to purchase I must give a confirmation. However, later by the time I confirmed it was informed that all parking slots are sold! Now I am not sure whether I get a open parking or not, anyhow they assure that they would charge only if I get one.
So does any one else also had similar experience or its contract to contract?

However he was refused the permission (siting risk to safety!!) to enter the tower and told to

was underway. His opinion was 'work on interior had not started as on date'
