1.       Demand Dates: The demand dates for each tower should be same.

In case there is Difference in demand dates for same tower than the one which is later should be considered for calculating the Interest.

2.       Payment Dates: The earlier of the receipt or the payment realised in Paramount’s account to be considered.

3.       No Service Tax difference should be paid for the amount now shown as other charges. If that is done than the banks should issue some notice to the builder citing a case of cheating as previously it was shown that the amount is all inclusive & now they are refracting it with other charges & flat cost as banks do not give finance on other charges.

4.       How can service tax be levied from Retrospective date?

5.       What about if the payment was made in any case before the demand date? Will the same interest be paid to the customer who has made the payment?

6.       For all those who’ve made the payment after these letters were issued, there payments should be rectified as per the new clauses.

7.       Why the interest was not shown/ asked by the builder in the respective demand letter raised by the builder so that they could have been cleared during the same payments.

The clause stands correct for the payments from now on & can’t b applied with retrospective basis.
