Paramount is offering possession based on year of booking.

Request you to please get in touch with them to inquire about it.

In parallel we are having meeting with customer to streamline the charges imposed by cuatomer in Offer of possession given to various buyers.

No, the builder is not offering possession on the basis of year of booking. I can see instances where possession is being handed for 2011, 2012 bookings in same tower even same flat size while I booked in Q1, 2010 and have not received it yet.Not sure what is the logic in these cases.

I booked my flat in Q1 in 2010, and I received my OP yesterday. I still had to pay 7L to them, so they sent me the OP. I also think they are sending OP to those first from whom they are supposed to receive something.

Hi ! I booked my unit in sept'2010 and received demand on few days back. Many charges are not justified. We should speak as one against unjustified demands of builder. Builder is not going to stop here if we keep paying and demand on some other subjects in future. Thanks S K Jha
