Update from Meeting held at Paramount Floraville site:
The Meeting was attended by around 30-35 ppl. Few New & Many Old Faces. There were two thoughts among people.
1. Go Ahead with Physical Possession without builder receiving OC but on few conditions like
a) No Payment of any leftover dues (other than Maintenance charges or min charges for water/ electricity which are ongoing charges for healthy living etc)
b) Ask from the builder to show us the proofs of all clearances received from other competent agencies/ authorities involved like Fire/ Sewage/ Electric/ Lifts etc.
c) No Written Letter/ Document to be signed for Provisional Possession.
or
2. No Physical Possession without builder receives OC & thus continue paying EMI and Rent without getting the actual usage of our EMI. The builder may have several reasons of not getting the OC which are affecting us more than the builder himself.
Further it was decided that, a Tower Representative be made whose responsibility is to coordinate with all tower flat owners & increase participation from the group. His responsibilities include to sum up the tower problems with general problem & help other Tower Representatives with it.
Next Meeting of the GoR (Group of Representatives) the builder is expected to take place on Saturday, 13th Dec, 2014. This will however be confirmed only on Wednesday or Thursday.
