RCS Notice to Evergreen Management (Sec 37 DCS Act 2003)

Dear Members,

 

Pl go through the attached notice of RCS to Evergreen Management where proceeding under Section 37 of DCS Act 2003 has already been initiated and till the time case is under progress they don’t have any sort of authority to call the AGM.

 

In case they ignore the notice and still continue with AGM then RCS  will not approve the minutes of meeting which means all their proceedings and actions will called invalid.

 

The above information has been reconfirmed with RCS before circulating to the group.
