This has reference to my earlier mails. Can anyone from the management tell us why the lift is still not functional in block “K” ? While there is a demand for the maintenance due along with the interest, what happened to the 2 % penalty for not respecting the deadline, committed by the Omega guys in writing for installation of lifts (I am once again enclosing the agreement signed by the representative of Omega). This credit should go to those who have already paid for the lifts and where the lift is still not in operation.
Since the lift is still not operational for no reasons, I would request the management to please refund the money paid by me for the lift and I do not want this facility any more. Till such time the lift issue is resolved, at least I will not respond to any circular/letter/demand from the management.
