I would like to put on record that the lift in block  "K" has been switched off for the past one month.  I am sure residents of this block will keep this in mind while paying the maintenance fees.

It will not be out of place to mention here that the notice outside the guard room indicates that the lifts will be switched off w.e.f 20th November if the (exaggerated ) Rs 500 per month. However in block K it is switched off for the past one month. Obviously the reason is NOT nonpayment but something else.It is 27th November today and the lifts in all other blocks are functioning perfectly. Does this mean that the illegal management has received payment from others??

There was a new notice mentioning that the lift is faulty. We have tried to find out with our own source and understand that the lift in block “K” is in perfect order.  Though the current illegal management claim that the electricity charges work out to over Rs 6000 per month per block. It is very easy to calculate. If we compare last year’s bill with the current bill and divide it with number of blocks, we will get per block charges.  The current so called management is just trying to make a fool out of innocent residents.

For updating everyone knowledge just recall the hot discussion were made and debated the power consumption issue two years before with
" notorious liar" and he was argued that the gear less lift power consumption just equallant to a hair drier consumption and he compared with benz and ambassador car to order this substandard omega lift after we all were refused go for omega.
( Now he is deaf and dumb about the power consumption which he was argued earlier and throwing bullshit figure through circular to the residence that worst of all were the halfwits in the back ground doesn't know that every thing was recorded in his earlier correspondence)

Now we don't hv option other than making complaint to the police. Burglars are now inside our society wrongly in the name of so called MC and one criminal mind halfwits dictate every thing and another idiot signing without knowing anything, even what it has written in the paper which he has signing, now we have to act asap how fast we can get rid off and hand over these maha chores to police. Even these people doesn't have any self respect still they are continuing, though RCS has given clear instruction and mentioned they are occupying illegally. These illegal people continuing for their personal benefit nothing else.

Since the registrar has declared our management as illegal, their signing of any cheques is a total crime. We should not only make a police complaint but should also forward copy of the registrar to the bank and seize the bank account. We should also request all members/residents not to pay any charges including maintenance as the funds are totally mis-used.

Now administrator is very much require till re - election the MC, hence we all have to request RCS office to appoint administrator to run the society without any further delay and the same time matter also should take up to LG this time without fail.

Suggest we all meet and take a call on this.

Don't worry about lift issue the entire thing will be resolved very soon
