Dear All

Hello

This is to bring to the kind notice of you all that one of the security guard Mr Ramakant was found sleeping on the Bed in the small store room adjacent to the Back Gate Guard Room at around 12.30 a.m today and there was no one looking after the Back Area as the other two Guards were at the Front Gate.

Will the Management look into this security lapse?

   With Warm Regards

Dear All,

Our society's gaurds are just for name sake only.  I don't understand the purpose of constructing the  rooms near the gate. Same like we have near the water tank which is also not at all required.

Why the management is not monitoring all these. In the main gate also , I could see only a single guard during the day time , resulting all the time the main gate keeps opened, even the barrier stick also, allowing outsiders very freely.

If this is the case, what is the need of such management.

Regards,

Natarajan

Dear All,
It is realy a worrying situation if the guards are sleeping in the night when we are asleep too these things should be taken very seriously, one more thing I would like to bring into every once notice that we people are having CCTV cameras but the monitor is not in the guard room I don't know what's the use of these cameras if the monitor is not accessible to the guards this is wastage of money in all other societies the monitor is in the guard room but in our great society it is in our office.

Hello All,

This is nothing new for me and for the society.  In the past few residences have caught a couple guards asleep at their posts. The most recent was yesterday, where the guard at back door was in deep sleep at 10:15 PM.

Various explanations were given by guards when caughted and we sensed sincerity in their explanation and just let it go. Sometimes. :( Now if they are left their post to find a more comfortable place to sleep, and started sleeping at the time when residence are enjoying evening walk with in society then it’s a matter of high risk and we may very well have reported it to management and request for their quick action to bring tidy security in the society.

Thanks, Mukesh

Nothing new, same old story. In past also on various occasions Security lapses were found and intimated to Management Committee with photographs. But God knows, when our MC will awake.

For your kind information Some un-authorised construction was also going in "I-Block". Authorities have been intimated with photographs to take suitable action to demolish the un-authorised construction.

Our fellow members are also sleeping. I request to you Please say something."Bhai ab to Jaago aur kuch bolo"

This is a good idea. Monitoring shd be done by one guard and the other operates the barrier. Security lapses  being monitored by alert members is to be appreciated
