Now we don't hv option other than making complaint to the police. Burglars are now inside our society wrongly in the name of so called MC and one criminal mind halfwits dictate every thing and another idiot signing without knowing anything, even what it has written in the paper which he has signing, now we have to act asap how fast we can get rid off and hand over these maha chores to police. Even these people doesn't have any self respect still they are continuing, though RCS has given clear instruction and mentioned they are occupying illegally. These illegal people continuing for their personal benefit nothing else.

Since the registrar has declared our management as illegal, their signing of any cheques is a total crime. We should not only make a police complaint but should also forward copy of the registrar to the bank and seize the bank account. We should also request all members/residents not to pay any charges including maintenance as the funds are totally mis-used.

Now administrator is very much require till re - election the MC, hence we all have to request RCS office to appoint administrator to run the society without any further delay and the same time matter also should take up to LG this time without fail.

Suggest we all meet and take a call on this.

Don't worry about lift issue the entire thing will be resolved very soon

I would like to put on record that the lift in block  "K" has been switched off for the past one month.  I am sure residents of this block will keep this in mind while paying the maintenance fees.

It will not be out of place to mention here that the notice outside the guard room indicates that the lifts will be switched off w.e.f 20th November if the (exaggerated ) Rs 500 per month. However in block K it is switched off for the past one month. Obviously the reason is NOT nonpayment but something else.It is 27th November today and the lifts in all other blocks are functioning perfectly. Does this mean that the illegal management has received payment from others??

We all know that the ILLEGAL management is still occupying the seat for obvious reasons.  The immediate solution I see is to STOP paying any money including maintenance. The ILLEGAL management is trying their best to extract money from the members by different unlawful means and switching off the life it one of them. Possibly they will disconnect the power back up. However, no one on earth can cur the electricity and water which are basic needs. Once the bank balance becomes ZERO, they will all disappear. We have all lived without lift earlier and I am sure we can bear it for some more time. The idea is to bring people with some ethics in the management.

Sir,

Do you really think if u stop paying can resolve anything. Who is going to maintain the society, who is going to pay the salaries for guards.

I am not understanding one thing, society has full legal rights to go to court who is not paying their dues but stopping facilities is not ethical and legal.

Dear Viren Sir,

I am not disputing your statement and the society has full legal rights to go to the court if someone is not paying. But the members should pay WHAT??. I am sure the amount justified and not anything and everything that the MC askes us to pay. What is the problem of the management in explaining us about the calculation by which they arrived at 500 per unit per month.  Further when the maintenance fees was hiked to 1000/- per month (NO clearance on AGM) no explanation was given for this additional Rs 300.  If this 500 rupees towards the lift  is the problem, why cant the MC have an individual electric meter fixed for each block and charge as per the reading. There are ways and means of doing things. The biggest problem is when we approach the management, they dont even bother to listen to anyone and keep sending demand letters. 

While it is responsibility of the residents to pay the dues on time I am sure you will understand and agree that it is also the responsibility of the management to clarify things  and attend to the queries of the residents and respond to them. I have been paying the maintenance in advance for the while year and the maintenance fees already with the management until December, 2014. I have fulfilled my responsibility by making payment on time, can the management now explain the calculation for this Rs 500 per unit per month.

The management should be made to resign tather than opting for not paying the dues. There will definitely be some rules to dissolve thr management rather than continuing the log jam which effects the reputation of the society.

I dont think we need to look for a special rule. The registrar has already declared this management illegal. I do not know on what basis they are still occupying the office and collecting money and on what basis they are signing the cheques etc which is totally illegal.  Since they are occupying the office forcefully, the only way to discourage them is to stop paying. For me, this is no management and I will start paying once we have a legal management in place..Thanks

Today some senior people approached me to pay the maintenance charges as directed by the illegal management gang. Off course which was due from my side but I have asked  the following few question in front of them. so far we were all paying... paying ...and going on paying against the demand but there is no transparency in the accounts to share with members that too  last four years we couldn't seen any accounts.  

1) last four years there was no accounts balance sheet  were submitted in AGM, so let we get the audited account sheet first than will pay the maintenance charges!

2) Unwarrantedly and intentionally tower K block lift was stopped since October. so let lift should start working  immediately without any further delay! 

3) The hefty and unjustified amount towards maintenance charges for Lift were discussed to revisit. since market existing charges is tentatively 2% of lift cost ( excluding the Installation charges and SS materials cost etc.). our illegal management committee approved OMEGA wish rate without any negotiation and without getting quote from other vendors. so let them give proper justification before ask the maintenance charges from members.

4) we all had given Rs. 30000 against court direction . this illegal people neither they received the settlement copy nor they given the accounts to the society members.- What is the reply from these gang?

 finally  everyone knows about Flat no 90  history -so will raise this issue when the time will come.

There was a notice signed by someone (since there is no management in our society these days). The person signed this letter neither put his name nor the house number etc. I am sure the guy signed this notice is not even aware what he is signing.  As per this notice the maintenance charges towards the lift for block “K” was a little over 1800 per flat  for the month of OCT till DEC 2014. I am sure this person is aware that the lift in Block “K” is switched off by our illegal management from October 2014 onwards and still not switched on. If the lift is not working at all, what are these charges for and where is it going to go.  On the other hand, if the lift is kept off for a few more months, it will be ready to be sold @ 20K.

 

I also confirm my presence when the Senior people came to your house. As desired by them, I have accepted the responsibility of calculating the electricity bill per tower. For this I would require the paid bills of at least  last 18 months. Since the office is forcefully occupied by the Illegal management, I do not know if it is possible for me to have these bills. Once I have them, I will work that out and share it with others along with my calculations accordingly.

 

It will not be out of place to mention here that paying money for the betterment of the society is not a problem at all. However, I definitely do not want the money to go in wrong hands and funds mis-used
