I just saw your mail, understand, but , personally advise you not to do anything which harm our society members as we are living in a society and brotherly atmosphere. Especially, regarding the LIFT, which is very much needed and particularly the old and sick people living in our society.

Dear Esteemed Residents

 I too agree with the views of Mr Jain, Mr., Jayaraman and Mr. Natarajan that Lifts issue should not be taken at personal level. We all are living in Co-operative Society and one should not take any step which harms the  interests of residents. Some residents of ground floor who whole heartily  contributed for lift funds rather they were among the first to pay his/her contribution, that is spirit of cooperativeness and appreciable.

We, all the members  agree that cooperative issues are not to be taken at personal level. But does this apply to members only, not to the President Mr.A.S.Hada?

Mr.Hada, personally attacked upon Mr.Arul Prakash (a respected resident and spouse of a Society member Mrs.Premlatha) by saying "Bivi ke Pallu ke peeche se baat karte ho". Though he said each and every thing openly.

Mr.Hada's  nephew and his daughter (who are not even the residents of the society) not only abused but also attacked and thrashed Mr.Sanjeev Thakral (a respected resident and spouse of the Society member Mrs.Seema Thakral).

Mr.Hada repeatedly called  "Taliban Group" to some members. Does Mr.Hada know who is Taliban? What do they do?

Now will anybody tell me where has this "Cooperative System" gone when these three black incidents took place on "Independence Day". Has anybody opposed Mr.Hada or his relatives from committing these crimes.

We've the video footage of both the incidents. We have the sufficient grounds to Sue them in Courts of Law. But it is our social cooperative atmosphere which is stopping us from taking such actions.

As you all know some other society matters are sub-judicious and we don't want to comment on that. We all respect law. Law will take it's own course.
