Sub: -Stay on illegal by-election  of two members  and conduct of AGM on          20.07.2014.

 

Sir,

      This office has received a number of complaints against the  working of Managing Committee of the society and record of this office disclose that proceeding under Section 37 of DCS Act, 2003  has already been initiated against the Managing Committee of the society. Further, it is gathered from the records that the present Managing Committee of the society is below constitution. Hence, holding of election of Managing Committee as well as AGM is inappropriate.

 

      Hence, Managing Committee of the society is hereby directed to defer the election process as well as AGM schedule to be held on 20.07.2014.

 

     This issue with the prior approval of Competent Authority.
