Non handover of accounts by previous RWA

It’s just for your update and information that till today the previous RWA has not given the signed account statement or handover to us. We have been continuously requesting the previous President and other office bearers but of no use. Please request all the residents to give your valuable input on this critical issue. If this is not taken seriously it will set a precedent which is wrong. Moreover the finances involved are public money which was being spent for some other purposes. Please advise.
