Looking for advise on kitchen cabinets and closets...

Dear All, 

I am looking to rent my 3BHK flat which is currently in the raw condition as delivered by the builder. 

Could you please advise what all needs to be done in the kitchen and the bedrooms to make it rent ready and in general what would be the expected cost (considering doesn't have to be fancy but just the basics to be done for making it comfortable for the family who would be renting the unit). 

Also if you could provide any recommendations of a reliable and reasonable carpenter/agency whom you have personally used.
