Dear RWA,

Just for having a confirmation in the form of NOC from SFML, while residents are paying all sorts of dues, SFML asking Rs 5900/ just for one document is not justified.

Hence need  to be discussed.

Dear Sugan Ji,

For getting flat registered, one requirement is having NOC from SFML.

NOC is just a confirmation document wherein SFML just need to confirm that yes resident had paid and no dues is pending.

However as per the instructions from SFML, they are asking for fee close to 6000 just for a document which belongs to them.

I feel this height customer frustration that despite of paying all dues, SFML wants money to confirm.

Hi Everyone, Please ask for the Occupancy Certificate also from Ansal API. We are still not provided a copy. It is mandatory under RERA. When we approached there office they were stubborn to share even a copy. When you go in the market to sell the buyer will ask for the OC.

How come SFML has come in the picture? We bought the property from Ansal and they after collecting all due to them gave us the possession and a clean document. 

They introduced SFML to us by force to give us maintenance services which they have not been able to provide 100% even for a day till today. (I got possession since 4 years today)

We should all unite and fight this NOC charges being sorted from us. 

Please RWA act swiftly and promptly to nip this rising issue in its bud.

Agree.  Since I planned for flat registration and as per Ansal I need SFML NOC for which I approached .

I want to know as I only highlighted , if those who got the flat registered, did they pay this amount?

This is not justified neither legal that for NOC, SFML asking Rs 6000.
