With consistent efforts and follow ups by your elected RWA, Ansal have agreed and started work on the following

1. road patchwork work has started, for that reason one way exit to the main gate from tower 2 would be closed kindly bear. This was badly needed in the society, kindly note this is just temporary work actually they have agreed for recarpetting.

2. New person has been given employment for cleaning roads and road berms.

3. Prepaid metering vendor has been given advance to start installation... would start by next week.

4. Cleaning of water tanks would be done in the coming week... work already assigned to contractor.

5. The STP vendor has been given advance to start looking in proper functioning of STP.

6. From next week new mobile based security app will be introduced on every residents mobile to look into the security management of the main gate. Residents can look in MY GATE for further information. Training of security guards has already begun.

7. As per NGT guidelines, we would be the first society to introduce manual compost conversion from garbage machine. The trial of machine would begin after its installation in the society within coming 15 days. The machine and it’s parts already in the society but it’s installation is according to NGT guidelines which would take another 15 days.
