Dear Sir,

We in a group of 90-100 employees of IOCL, Panipat Refinery + other units have purchased flats in the Gardenia Gateway sector-75 in the year 2010. We are also negatively affected by the mischievous activities of the builder like Increase of Super area by 10% (increase has been affected in balconies only), construction is getting delayed for 1-3 years, changes in layout etc.

we are in the process of being united and have formed the group on facebook and google. we are in touch with other Non IOCL buyer of this project residing in Delhi NCR and other places. Presently we are in strength of 80-90. We had site meeting in the first week of May and decided to make our group larger. We also decided to contact with BHEL group in order to take concrete steps against wrong acts of the builder. It is requested to the team leaders of this group to kindly take us in your consideration so that we can fight at a larger level and increase chances of our success.
