Successful Protest of AMG Sec 75 Flat Buyers Association - on 20 July

Dear Friends,

    At the very outset, on behalf of AMG Sec.75 Flat Buyers' Welfare Association , I would like to thank all the participants & co-buyers for giving a good protest demonstration  at Sec.75 against the Builder. Special thanks are also reserved for those members, who co-ordinated with Print & electronic media for getting our voice heard in public forum.

  As soon as our members ( more than 100) started our protest demonstration at the office of Aims MAX Gardenia Builder, their main Director Mr. Malook Nagar appeared on scene. Our members asked ( bombarded) all the queries to him & refused to go to conference room , rather insisted on having on-site meeting then & there. On persistent queries & insistence on following point --

1. Immediate sharing of detailed stage-wise construction plan of Golf City.

2. Immediate communications of Date of possession of the complete Project.3. Immediate start of disbursal of Delay penalty on monthly basis to all of us ailing Buyers & payment of previous delay penalty as lump-sum within two months time ( with interest).

Sh. Malook Nagar explained various problems due to which progress is slow. He gave written minutes of meeting of dated 20 July (attached ) giving 17 August 2014 , as the date of meeting , by which he will 

-give firm date of possession of  flats, 

-give stage-wise detailed construction plan & 

-discuss penalty clause with us.

On our suspicion that last time also even after committing date of meeting as 22 June they didn't meet us,  he explained that this time this would not happen.

Finally we departed with a resolution to meet them on 17 August & fight every tooth & nail for start of monthly disbursal of penalty payment, getting firm date of possession & detailed stage-wise construction plans.

Dear friends it is being informed that the persons who want to be part of association may kindly  send/emailed/handed over  the admission form along with membership fees of Rs 500/- (via cheque or On line Transaction) to any of our office bearer. Persons who want to deposit fees via net banking  they should  take print out of the transaction receipt and send along with  membership  form  to our association mail id :
