Dear Association Members (Flat Buyers),

     On our Notice of Demonstration call of 14 April on the grounds of feable-communication & slow construction by M/s AMG, the Builder side has asked us for a meeting on 28 March at Sector-75 & cancel the demonstration programme.  We the 6-7 Office Bearers met them on stipulated date. The AMG side was represented by 3 of the 4 Directors, in the meeting following was discussed and concluded --

1. They apologized for being not present in the last meeting.

2.  Buyer's side raised the point that - the no. of workers are very less & as a matter of fact, we are not seeing good progress in the Towers which are set for Ph-II & Ph-III delivery. To this AMG side replied that at present apprx. 800 workers are there in Golf City project.  We stressed that if the time line of possession of flats ( one-third by June'15, one-third by Sep'15 &  rest by Dec'15) is to adhered then there is a strong requirement of increasing the workers by atleast three times.  The Directors appealed us to come on especially coming saturday ( i.e. 4 april) at 2 PM , so that in their presence ( i.e. Directors) the timelines can be seen to be adhered  & work can be re-designed accordingly.  Our office bearers will be there  for it.

3. Regarding the Pendancy of 431 crores of Authority on AMG --  Directors clarified that, this is due to the descripancy from authority side , the actual pendancy is not more than 150 crores , they have represented this to authority umpteen no. of times . They further clarified that the matter is very clear. They provided us a copy  of their represntation, which is attached ( appeal -AMG to Noida.pdf ), however for keeping the things moving they have given two small payments to the authority copies attached ( amg payment to NOIDA.pdf ). They told that the Authority is demanding the lease money from them (w.e.f. Mar 2010) even for the peice of land which is not handed over to them till now. They further told that one of their Director has been assigned for talking to Banks (Axis & HDFC) from whom Buyer's loan disbursal is affected.

4.  They asked us to send our repreentatives on every saturday for weekly review , Directors will be present in those meetings. 

5.  They told that already road & sever work has been started. The Fire installation work already assigned & started. They are finalising the Lift & Aluminium vendors within a week. Vendors for other works will be finalised within two months ( like elctricity, STP etc. etc.).

6. The AMG side assured that the Structures of all Towers will get completed by June 2015 & that timelines for phase-wise possession will not get defied beyond 2-3 months. 

7.  Association side raised the point that the web-site updation is highly improper. The Directors asked us to provide guidance reagrding the updations, from our side Sh. Vishal , Sh. Subodh &  Sh. Shobit vounteered to help them regarding the methodology of prpoer site progress reporting next saturday, so that after that there will be a regularity & correctness in progress status.

In the light of the above we hereby cancel our present programme of Demonstration of 11 APril 2015;.

Additionally the Directors appealed us to help in creating a positive vibes about this project , so that the market reputation of the project can improve , which will be beneficial for all of us.  

To AMG Builder ---  We are keeping yourselves in cc in our intra-association communications , so as to prove that we always beleive in creating positivity about this project , which is very much ours. Please treat us as a partner, listen our suggestions & increase the pace of work , as this can enhance the positivity a great deal. Most of our Office-Bearers are coming for this saturday's weekly review meeting with the AMG Director.

ALL Members -- Be positive & vigilant, please let us know any kind of dereliction from the Builder side.
