Regarding meeting with AIMS MAX GARDENIA on 18th Dec. 2011

On 04.12.2011 (Last Sunday), all MOU members along with
many other members who have booked in Golf City have
visited the GOLF GARDENIA SITE SECTOR 75 NOIDA .None of
the senior level representatives of GARDENIA MANAGEMENT
were present to clarify the the lack of progress.
Also please refer our various mails resting with your last
mail where you confirmed to have meeting in III or IV th
week of December 2011 to discuss the progress. We also
discussed with Mr. Sagar Saxena & finally fixed a meeting
on 18.12.2011.
It is, therefore, informed that a meeting is scheduled on
18.12.2011 at 11.00 am on GOLF GARDENIA SECTOR 75 PLOT 9
OFFICE to discuss the lack of progress. .It is requested
that all senior GOLF GARDENIA management specifically Mr.
Sanjeev Sharma & all other people who are responsible for
execution of the PROJECT should attend the meeting .
Failing of participation of the above scheduled meeting
will lead to wrong signal to all buyers.
