Dear All,
No body is writing any comment or asking builder for delay in AMG Gof City project. What about RWA and meetings and demonstrations?
If no body is serious then we will never get our flats even in 2020.
Kindly be conveyed which I observed in going many times to Golf City, Sec. 75 project:-
(1) In joint AMG project, builder has only around 100 workers.
(2) Earlier they put workers equally in front side project but leaving back side portion.
(3) Then they put 80% workers on C2, E2 and H2 Towers front side.
(4) When they reached at 12th floor, then they started A2/B2 and I2/J2 towers.
(5) Now only a few workers can be seen only on A2/B2 and I2/J2 towers and put all workers on back clusters.
Problem is as under:-
(1) They bagged the joint project for whole Sec.75, Noida project in the name of Aims Max Gardenia Developers Pvt. Ltd. but later only distributed unlawfully many clusters among themselves individually. Now they are developing their single projects Aims Golf City by AIMS builder, Maxblis by Max Builder and Gardenia Gateway by Gardenia Builder individually with full face. We can watch their individual projects getting momentum with Gardenia Gateway at 17th floor, AIMS Golf Avenue I & II (14th floors) and Maxblis at 12th floor.
(2) From where the money is coming for their individual projects whereas for joint project no money is available for constructing it with full speed.
(3) In between they also sold some other portions to many other builders.
(4) But no worker on their joint project front side as of now, only few at back clusters.
(5) No speed acceleration deadline or possession possible as offered for April/June 2013.
(6) No attention at joint project by three builders.
(7) Builder still don’t know upto which floor they want to construct the towers. Originally it was upto 14th floor.
(8) Builders do not have the intention to take new bookings or construct it with speed.
(9) We are paying our loan and losing our interest on our loan amount and will have to continue paying the same till we get possession which is not in sight.
(10) With this speed we will never get possession before 2020 or even late because builders do not have the intention. In spite of our earlier meetings, they are not putting more workers. Workers are being diverted here and there by stopping work of one tower for the construction of other.
(11) Even structure cannot be completed in 2-3 years and then furnishing takes around 2 years.
Solution:-
(1) All the three builders must share their money in joint project also or alternatively can divide the joint project between them for acceleration of work or can sell to some other party if construction is a problem for joint project. We the buyers are losing our hard earned money and interest continuously.
We have to decide our agitation programme for putting pressure on all three builders individually and jointly immediately like:-
(1) Forming a RWA without registering it if registration not possible and then constituting a Body which will have to talk with Management of all three builders jointly on behalf of all buyers.
(2) Agitation in front of their individual project offices every week.
(3) Agitation in front of AIMS Max Gardenia joint office which is now shifted to Golf City, Sec.75, Noida every week.
(4) Sending letters to Noida Authority, Police, U.P. Govt., Ministry of Urban Affairs, Prime Minister etc.
I request all persons individually or from Corporate Sector like NTPC, ONGC, BHEL, MTNL, SBI and other companies to decide what to do in these circumstances.
I also request Shri Amrish Tripathi, Shri Vishal Abrol, Shri Amrish Verma, Shri Dinesh Bhatt and others who were actively engaged earlier to finalise a date for our next meeting immediately for our next step.
