         All the Golfy City Flat Buyers are hereby appealed to attend the Demonstration on 9 May at 11 am at Sec.75 against the Aims Max Gardenia Developers. 

     This is a must for all the flat buyers & they should bring their family members also, so that huge crowd can be gathered against the Builder. This could be our final & decisive demonstration ( as a last punch) otherwise we will have to wait even entire 2016-17 also.

IF SOMEBODY IS HAVING ANY LINK WITH MEDIA THAN KINDLY ARRANGE THEM FOR THE D-DAY.

     This Association Out-rightly reject the reply from CEO M/s AMG & still stand firm by It's decision to have a meeting with Directors of AMG on dated 9 May 2015  ( coming saturday)  at any cost. We are feeling that this is an evasive action on the part of Builder , since-

1. This is highly ridiculous to make us assume that all the four Directors are busy simultaneously. We are ready to meet even  a single Director on the mentioned date. It is giving fuel to our opinion that the Directors are not seeing each other. The approvals are not taking place ( even the lift's tender is not finalised leave alone other amenities)

2. The CEO & Civil Head are just toothless , they are not able to conduct our meeting & take even small-small decisions. We are not getting any updates from them.

Presently we are  not able to see much labours ( except in Phase-I Towers & non-tower areas), the material is  also not sufficient to carry on structure work. THE MOMENTUM OF CONSTRUCTION IS SLOWING AT A FASTER RATE. It appears that Builder is not much interested in remaining 16-17 towers ( other than Phase-I towers), even the pace of Phase-I towers is below expectations.

Since now it is very much clear that AMG Directors are not willing to meet we 6-7 front Office Bearers, hence on 9 May our Greater Association Body will come to closely inspect each Tower/flat ( be prepared with your full fleet of employees) & will force AMG to reply us then /there. No excuses will be accepted.

IN THE EVENT OF NOT GETTING THE DESIRED MEETING WITH FRUITFUL RESULTS ( on mentioned date) WE HAVE ALREADY PLANNED A BIG ACTION PLAN, which will be decisive & final. The responsibility of consequences (like defame to sec.75 projects in general & all Directors in particular)  will be solely on the Directors of M/s AMG.
