Shop Photos in the Gardenia Gateway Sector 75 Noida

Hi Everyone,

Following are the today photograph of the Gardenia Gateway Sector 75,Noida .In which it is clearly mentioned that gardenia is making the shops.

Is Gardenia Gateway Sec-75 ,Noida taken the approval from any of the buyer?

Anyone have any update?

Also Gardenia Gateway did the whitewash on the one tower, by that it seems that one tower is complete.But actually if you will see from internally , that is not complete.

So please unite and take the some action against the builder , it will create the problem for the Kids Play Area and Club Area , Also the Person how have taken the flat upto 4th Floor (Road Facing), they roadside view is block.

Gardenia Gateway is openly selling the shops, I don't Know how the builder took the approval without the buyer concerns.

Do you have any current update, what's going on with Golf City project ?? any idea when will the possession will start?

is there any charge if I want to sale before the register?
